A failed main valve to the building is really a problem. I called Rick around 3 pm, and he called right back, and was here by 4 pm. He had to cut the old pipes out of the stucco and replace them. He did this with minimal damage to the stucco. the new valve went it and worked. Getting at it wasn't the easiest thing.
But he replaced the pipe, and the valve, and a second hose bib, all for $166 parts and labor, and he did this within 90 minutes of my call. Amazing.
Rick thinks he'd have to pay to be on Angie's list, so you won't see many reviews. But he was really fast, professional, and extremely reasonable for a job took over an hour.

Rick has been a great resource for us over the many years we've lived in our home. Whenever we have had a plumbing issue, even before Angie's List existed, we used Rick. He has always been timely and professional. His rates have always been reasonable. He is hard working and excellent at what he does. There is no other plumber that I would recommend to my friends.

Rick is a true professional, shows up when he is suppose to, price is right and his work quality is good. We have been using Rick for many years now and so have many of my family members.

He saved us money since we only had to replace parts instead of the whole faucet. He was willing to change his schedule to come for an emergency which I appreciated. He made it really easy.

THEIR WORK WAS GREAT. THEY ARE JUST VERY BUSY AND SOMETIMES NEEDED TO RE-SCHEDULE. I WOULD RATHER HAVE TO RE-SCHEDULE AND HAVE GREAT WORK THEN SOMEBODY THAT IS ALWAYS ON TIME, BUT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING.
