We had just moved into a house that had been a rental and wanted to rekey the existing locks and to install two new ones. The locksmith that Redfield's sent out was very punctual and professional and did the job quickly. They also provided us with extra keys as we asked. Once again we called them and asked them to come out to fix the lock on a gate that wouldn't open. Just before the appointed time we realized that the lock didn't need repair and that the problem was in the frame of the gate. We called to cancel and offered to pay for a service call since we had inconvenienced them by cancelling at the last minute. They wouldn't take payment and said that they understood how we could have mis-diagnosed the problem. They were pleasant and told us not to worry about the last-minute cancellation.

I represent a homeowners association and we needed to replace the commercial grade locks on the entry gates to the property both front and rear. I obtained three estimates for the job. Redfield's provided the best estimated. Redfield's representative, Dax, is also what sold me on using Redfield's. As you can see from my ratings above, I found him to be courteous, professional, punctual and very responsive. When calling him either he answered the call immediately or if I left a message returned by call in a very timely span. The works was done very well and without problems or delays. I was very satisfied with this experience.

The son owns the business now. They did a good job. Their price is comparable to everybody else. I will use them again in the future.
