Michael was called by my landlord and he came by to have a look in order to give the property owner an estimate. All business and money was between the two of them. What I can speak to is how he keeps you informed on everything from time/travel ETAs to what he's actually doing and things you might want to be aware of (electronic ignition, heat adjustment on the tank, etc) once he's finished with the job. In our case, the waterheater had been leaking in the garage and before he left he swept up and wiped down everything. In a word, he's thorough :) And he's pretty quick... especially considering he wrestles those waterheaters all on his lonesome! He works like a machine, keeps a great attitude throughout the job, and the overall quality is outstanding! I highly recommend him!!
