Thy always deliver on time and the equipment is good. They are very reliable and we are pleased with their service.

Everything was first class, on time, with courteous delivery people.

All the rental equipment was delivered as promised and the three delivery men were very professional in the way they set up the equipment and followed our directions as to placement, etc. I had made all the rental arrangement online and by phone with Christina Guerrero who was very pleasant and helpful and professional in the manner in which she worked with me. I would highly recommend her and this company and would use them again without hesitation.

The chairs sent to our home were not what was ordered and the china delivered was delivered soiled with food from prior party. When we called to speak with the person who we ordered the items from, we were informed we would have to wait to receive the correct items from 10-5 on the same day. Our event was planned to begin at 5:00 p.m. and they would not accommodate a change in the time. Also, per Georgia we would be charged an additional fee for the correct chairs to be redelivered and a fee for delivery of the another set of clean china. This was the second time we had tried to use this company. The first time one of the chairs broke with my guest sitting in it and understanding things happen, I wanted to give this company a second chance. No more chances and I would go to another rental company.

WE SOUGHT A PRICE BREAK OFF ORDER AS SEVERAL ORGANIZATIONS WERE RENTING EQUIPMENT FOR THE SAME DATES WITH THE SAME DELIVERY LOCATIONS. IN THE PAST, THE COMPANY ACCOMMODATED OUR NEEDS, BUT THIS YEAR THEY WENT BY THE BOOKS. THE DELIVERY TIME WAS SEVERAL HOURS BEHIND SCHEDULE AND THEY DID NOT CALL TO SAY THEY WERE COMING LATE.

DID A GREAT JOB. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE FOR PARTY RENTALS, BUT THEY ARE VERY CONVENIENT TO MY HOME AND SINCE THIS WAS A RELATIVELY SMALL ORDER AND CLOSE TO HOME, WE DECIDED TO PICK THEM UP. THERE WAS A SLIGHT MIX-UP WITH THE ORDER, BUT THINGS WERE QUICKLY RESOLVED AT THE FRONT DESK BY ONE OF THE MANAGERS. SHE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND TOOK CARE OF THE SMALL PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY. THEIR WAREHOUSE SEEMS VERY ORGANIZED AND EFFICIENT. WE WERE GOING TO TIE THE TABLE TO OUR ROOF RACK AND THE RAPHAEL'S WAREHOUSE ATTENDANT INSISTED ON DOING IT FOR US. THE CHAIRS WERE IN GOOD SHAPE AND THE RETURN PROCESS WAS VERY SMOOTH.
