WE HAD MR. RAMIREZ DO OUR YARD, INCLUDING SPRINKLER SYSTEM, SOD AND DRAINAGE. HE DID A FANTASTIC YARD. HE GAVE REALISTIC RECOMMENDATIONS AND HAS MAINTAINED OUR YARD ONCE A WEEK FOR $100 PER MONTH SINCE. THE MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN AWESOME!
