One of neighbors was shooting a pellet gun in his backyard (apparently legal even in high-density PUD neighborhoods in San Diego) and managed to find a gap in the boards. The pellet penetrated the outer pane, but fortunately for us not the inner one. The folks at RB Glass were professional on the phone and managed to get someone out for an estimate the next day. Although they had a long lead time of ~10 days, they were right on time for the appointment and completed the replacement in under an hour. No muss, no fuss - just the way this sort of job is supposed to go.

I first contacted RB Glass to get a rough estimate on replacing a fogged dual-pane window. I got the estimate, along with a recommendation to check the warranty. I checked on-line and discovered the glass was guaranteed! I had RB Glass come out to measure the window, and Tom filled out the warranty claim form specifics. I faxed the claim form to the manufacturer and got the replacement window in 5 days. I then called RB Glass to install it. Tom and Rick came out and were terrific! New glass, no mess!
RB Glass saved me the cost of the replacement glass, because I wouldn't have checked for a warranty otherwise!

It was no charge for the service. They were prompt and friendly.

The corners were squared off, and it takes a lot of work to manufacture it. Their price was too high. I would not use them again; instead I would shop around.

They were great about showing up when they said they would and measured everything to be able to give us an accurate quote. We decided to do the work and they came back and remeasured to be sure of accuracy. When the windows were ready they called and we scheduled a good time for them to come back. It took three employees to do the job and they were here when scheduled and completed the work without any incidents. We were very happy with the results. There is one window that has since re-fogged and we need to call them but I'm sure it will get resolved without issue. Will use them again for any glass/window needs.

This company was recommended to us by our realtor. I originally called them because we have two sliding glass doors that need to be replace, but one was in particularly bad shape. At first, a technician came out to look at the old door and spent about 1/2 hour fixing it as best he could - and did not charge me a thing!! Then we decided to replace the entire door. Another technician came out and did the measurements. We decided to go with an Anderson slider in desert sand color. It did take a while to get in (about 3 weeks for the actual door and an extra 2 weeks for the trim), but it was well worth it. The slider is beautiful (and I don't even like sliders!) and completely transformed the room. And the two gentlemen who came to take out the old and put in the new were wonderful - professional, on time, personable and just plain nice. I am now going to have the other slider done in the near future and perhaps some windows after that.

I spent $25 on that work. They did really good, quality work. They got back to me within 3 days, but I told them upfront that I was in no hurry.

I called for an appointment, and one was scheduled for two days away. On the day of the appointment, the repairman arrived earlier than promised. He took the measurements, and said the office would call me with an estimate that afternoon. As promised, I received the call. The cost was quoted, and I okayed the job. Within 5 days, the new window was installed. A few days later, I received a card in the mail thanking me for my business. What a great experience. I wish all of my experiences with home repairs were as pleasant as this one was. I will recommend R B Glass and Mirror to everyone.

Fantastic. They were very responsive, got a bid right away, estimate and scheduled same day. The day of install they were very professional and it looks like the other original windows in the house, cannot tell they have been replaced. Sliding glass door works the best it ever has. Was very happy with the price as well. Highly recommended company, do not hesitate to use them.
