R&D Pest Services has been providing rodent bait station services to ensure that critters remain outside my home. Our tech, Marco, has been great answering questions, always leaves a note summarizing his observations, and is very tidy with his work. Ever since R&D began servicing my home, the number of rodents I have seen outside has drastically gone down.

so far, ok. I have plague with ants for years. I tempted to spray it myself. It did not work. These people did the job and it work.

He came on time and sprayed all around the house. The ants went away for about 7 weeks, then returned. I called them for help and he said they were booked all week and he would call me to arrange something for the next week. He never called. I couldn't wait that long anyway, so I sprayed Raid all around the outside of the house where the ants were coming in. That has worked for several weeks so far.

Tried everything myself I could think of, nothing worked consistently. I have a sensitivity to chemicals so I was very selective in finding the right company. I am an organic gardener so using the right product was very important to me. I have had a contract with them for about 3 years now. Dave was amazing at educating me about the product and making me feel comfortable with its use. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. We have been redoing our landscaping so occasionally issues have come up and he is always right there to take care of it. So worth the price. I LOVE living without the stress of ant invasions in my home and in my garden!!

I used them last year and the ants disappeared for almost a year. So, when the ants came back, I called R&D again. They came out quickly and sprayed all around my house and yards. The ants left immediately and haven’t returned.

Dave comes every 2 months. We now have no worries about ants. He always calls and lets us know when he is coming. He encourages us to call if we have any problems before his next scheduled visit. He’s friendly and reliable. It a local company and would highly recommend.

When we purchased and moved into our home in 2002, we had a terrible ant problem. We had ants EVERYWHERE! We called R & D Pest Service and immediately after the first treatment, the ants were gone. We have them come every other month to service our home. We have not had an ant inside our home since the very first treatment in 2002.

they have been doing my monthly pest control for years and they are great. i love having a local company doing the work, rather than a big chain like Clarks. they are very responsive if i have a problem and the guy who comes out every month is very respectful to me and my property

We've been using R&D Pest Services for a while now and they've been great! We used to have problems with ants every year and haven't seen a single one since we started service with them. We have monthly service with them, but they've also come out a couple of times outside of our normal service appointment to take care of things for us. Love that they're local to us in RB as well!

We are very happy with the service. They are very professional, always tell us what they are doing, and ask about any new problems that need addressing.

They solved the problem we were having without having to treat the inside of the house. I contracted numerous companies and this was the most reasonable considering it is a townhouse and there is limited areas that can be treated. Most companies charged almost twice as much. The technician is very friendly and sensitive to our having a small child in the house.

They are on a regular schedule and they knock on my door unless I'm here, they say they're here. If not, they leave me a little card. They are pretty good.
