The work that they did was fine. Originally they wanted much more money for it and I just said no...I'm not going to spend that much. So they came down half in price and the only reason that I went with that much was I haven't price the garbage disposal. It included the garbage disposal as well as the work. For me, they tried to charge more than what I thought was reasonable. There is another issue; they said they will come one day but it ended up the next day.

They were able to show up in the evening hours when most places are closed. I had to call 5 other places before I found them. They came right away to my home and my fixed my problem.

Great guys! My Home inspector recommended having this done, since the house was over 50 years old and has cast iron drain pipes. Dennis and his guys were on time, professional, and very accommodating (one had to scale a wall to get to a power source, since I had no keys yet). They provided me with a copy of the video from the scoping, and explained everything I saw in the video. In and out, quick and easy, and I knew what I was getting into with the home purchase.

I was unable to use the shower. They are helping me a lot because I had two other plumbers here who couldn't do it. I called Pronto and they were here. They scheduled it for today because I live in a Condo and I have to notify people in advance that the water would be turned off. Everything is working out really well. They are very prompt and professional.

This was an emergency job on the morning of New Years Eve. we have used David for years and he is a very nice man. He is extremely accommodating, but we feel that his services are expensive.
