The flowers arrived DEAD. I mean DEAD -- no petals on any of the stems. These flowers were for my mother-in-law. She received a bouquet of DEAD flowers for Mother's Day. Needless to say, she was upset. I placed the order well ahead of Mother's Day with a Friday delivery -- in the event that proflowers failed to deliver I would still have some time to fix. My wife and I began calling on Friday; we continued calling on Saturday. After waiting on hold for a total of over two hours over two days, I was told that my only options were for a delivery some time during the week after Mother's Day or a refund in FIVE TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS!!! When I objected, I was hung up on by the customer service representative. Outrageous! I have attempted to unsubscribe from receiving practically hourly emails from the company, and I continue to receive them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER -- unless you want to send someone dead flowers for some reason.

Today was my second experience w/ this company... The first was Valentines day this year... The order was received at the promised time but the floral arrangement came packed in a cardboard box and of the dozen roses ordered only 3 lasted through the remainder of the day.. I called them and rather than a refund they offered credit towards a future purchase.. which I decided to give them a second chance... I ordered flowers on 3/3 for my wife's birthday the next day and found the promised credit was not listed.. after a lenghthy phone call I did get the credit and proceeded w/ my purchase... I paid a total of $32.00 shipping so as to have the delivery before noon... It is 3 pm and they are still in a fed ex terminal w/ a undetermined arrival time... I called pro flowers and demanded a refund, which they did provide but with a service of this nature it is not all about the money... It goes much further than that... I could definitely see the disappointment on my wife's face with the first order and now that she has left for work this afternoon and The gift never arrived I can only imagine what would be going through her mind as to why I could "miss" her birthday.... Any readers out there please do yourself a favor as I will from now on and do not deal w/ this company...I will only buy local from now on!!!

I used to drive a tractor-trailer, and I always heard their ad on the radio. I like that they're responsive to any complaints. My mother-in-law told me that in her bouquet that we'd sent her, a couple of the flowers were dead. I called them up and they sent her a whole new bouquet with an extra vase and everything. They took care of the problem right away and were very apologetic. If I had ordered from other florists to have it shipped it would have been a lot more. Their selection is really nice.

It's an internet-based business and they're a national company. It might have been around Christmas time when we used them. Sometimes we do different things for like my mother in law, she have different things like plants, little evergreen things that are decorated. I've sent flowers to her for birthday and stuff. My husband had used them and sent me flowers. It's a good company and their prices are very reasonable. The quality of their products is very good and if there's anything that comes and it's damaged or like frosted from the water, they replace it. We've always got the service from them and their plants and flowers have always been in good shape. I think we have one, I think it was roses, it was really cold and they had sent someone and had it replaced with no questions. I mean they're all tack and everything but I just didn't realized they were there and bringing it in the house and so they replaced them anyway.

I had purchased a mid-range priced piece, and they didn’t get the flowers to the service on time. I'm unsure if I'd use them again.

I ordered something and they didn’t get me right one. So they delivered me the right thing and didn’t charge me for that. It’s a great company. Their price was very competitive.
