ProFlowers

The bouquet delivered by Proflowers has begun to wilt and fall apart after less than 3 days. This is not limited to one kind of flower...all are looking poor.
This is not the first time this has happened with a Proflowers product. In the past, the company has responded to our complaints with coupons for future purchases. But, there is obviously something wrong with how Proflowers works as a business.
However, we are no longer willing to put up with such an inferior product. Coupon or no, we will take our floral delivery business elsewhere.

i have used ProFlowers for several years now.  Flowers have been good quality, delivered when promised.  However, this time, they hid all kinds of extra fees in with the flowers - $2.99 handling fee, delivery fee, and the vase.  They put out a "teaser" price online, but when you check out, they stick it to you with extra fees.  My $50 order turned into $81 after all the adder fees and charges.

Their flowers are always perfect and I have never had anybody deliver flowers as perfect as those are.  They always open up beautifully and the bouquets last a very long time. They do a very good job of picking out the flowers that they put in and the quality of the flower is also good.  They are the only ones I would use.  They are a little on the pricey side and I wish they weren’t quite as expensive as they are.

I have heard about ProFlowers on the radio. Once the flowers I ordered for my parents were not fresh, so I called them and they sent a whole new batch. You can track them online, and they deliver when they say they are going to. I will continue using them.

They do advertise on a nationwide basis.  They were excellent.  They delivered what they promised.  When there were mistakes or problems with flowers, they send replacements.  The flowers I bought from them lasted long enough.

Delivery was like clock work.  They send you and e-mail so you can track the status.  When flowers were delivered, they send you and e-mail letting you know.  I knew that my mother received the flowers before she could call me to thank me!

The flowers were not in good shape. All the lilies died before the tulips bloomed. Some didn't even bloom because they were cut too early. It was way too expensive. The picture definitely didn't look like what showed up. My husband bought roses, but tulips showed up. It was delivered Fedex, so they came when they were suppose to. He ordered the flowers online. I would not use them again.
