This time was decent - they processed it fairly quickly and were professional and efficient during the drop-off and the pick-up - and they accepted the $10 coupon I brought it (which they should since they posted it). I couldn't really tell much of any difference in the way the my printer worked when I got it home though - still creases the paper and jamms up intermittently - not really sure if they even opened the case, but at least they didn't make it any worse I guess. I can't complain too much this time but my wife brought the same printer in to them about 4 years back - I was out at sea on deployment so she brought to these guys and the manager guy fixed it right on the counter in front of her - just took him a few seconds as there was just something snapped out of place - wasn't even broke and he didn't have to diassemble anything but then he still made her pay $45 for the "repair" ... I guess because she's a woman or because she's Asian. After that, I really hadn't planned on ever using them again, but they are about the only place in the county that will touch household inkjet printers, so I gave them a shot one more time - can't really say that I had anything to complain about them this time through.

The repaired one printer in my home and took another one to their shop. Both printers are working okay now. The only problem I had with them really was there seemed to be some problem with them re-delivering the printer they had taken to their shop. They said they would bring to my home on a certain day at a certain time, but they did not show up and I waited for a long time. They should have contacted me to let me know, but did not do so. So, it took my calling to rearrange re-delivery, and it took several times for them to work it out.

They fixed the printer, and it was fine. I only interacted with them on the phone, my husband took it in, and the staff was fine on the phone, and I was happy with them, they got it done on time, when they said they would.

Contacted them on a Friday and was told that it most probably was an fix that would not require any parts. Scheduled appointment for following Monday. Tech arrived as scheduled and within 1 hour printer was working with no problems. Tech was very knowledgable and easy to get along with. He knew what to do and did repair very efficiently. Would use them again without any reservation.

I called the next day to inquire about the status of my printer (I run a small business and had no backup printer). They were very responsive to my need to get it back fast and told me to call back in an hour. When I did, the printer was done and I picked it up that afternoon. The problem had been fixed (basic maintenance), and the charge was $40 just like they had quoted.
