Everything went well except the front door lock fell apart. I called the owner of the company and he came back right away and fixed the problem. That's what good companies do.

They picked me up from home, drove me to my car and made two new keys for my car. They were calming in a stressful situation and I am keeping their number in my phone book for any future needs.

Cliff arrived on time, was courteous, and professional. He lubricated two locks of the many locks, and pointed out that they didn't need replacing. He gave advice on maintaining the locks. This is the second time Cliff has done locks jobs for me. I am very pleased and would hire him again.

Tech arrived punctually. He was friendly and eager to get to work. I explained what I wanted and he understood immediately. He worked quickly and overcame some obstacles he found in the deadbolt using spare parts in his truck. I made sure everything was working before he was about to leave and found I couldn't remove the key. He cheerfully fixed it, even though the appointment was longer than he anticipated because of the difficult deadbolt.

We needed keys & remote for a Volvo that only came with one (no spares). We had many questions and Shy was quick to answered all. Prestige Locksmith was the only company we contacted that could do it all in one visit, no additional trips to the dealer needed. What a pleasant experience this was, Customer Service is strived for and accomplished by Shy. He takes his time to ensure everything is working before he leaves, is very polite, diligent, and his work ethic is outstanding. I can't say enough of what a pleasure the whole experience was. Will definitely be recommending Prestige Locksmith to others. Bonus for us We qualified for a Senior Discounts.

The owner called and confirmed right after I signed up for the service on Angie's list, and called after the service was performed by one of his locksmiths to find out if everything went well.
The locksmith came out on time at 8 am and he was done in about 30 - 40 minutes. With $98 basic fee, I got 3 additional keys which are plenty for me.
They were professional and prompt, which made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

II got stiffed by the busy insect place in San Diego, (a little more later.) Google provided me with a number of digital locksmiths and I talked to several until I talked to Shy at Professional. He came to me, did both cars in about 35 minutes. I was adding a remote for 1 car and replacing a lost fob for the other. All fobs for both cars were reprogrammed. Two new emergency keys were cut. Everything was handled professionally. Shy had arranged to come to my house in San Marcos at 5 pm. He called before 5, explained he would be 15 minutes late and asked if that was OK. I was impressed with everything about the service.m Smart key fobs are expensive and programming them takes special equipment. He had everything he needed - heck the local Lexus dealer wanted to program the fob at their shop and wanted me to drive to Oceanside to cut the keys. Red Flag!! The busy place that claims tyhey are the best, took 2 days to return my call with a price and wasn't sure they had the equipment to do my brand new 2015 RX350 - And they wanted me to drive 35 miles each way with 2 cars.are you kidding me?
I have already recommended Prestige to a neighbor and will call Shy first for any automotive key issues.. I had balked at the dealer price and went to Ebay. Amazing how much less the fobs and uncut keys were.

I was super impressed by how the owner of the company did all the work himself and how he could easily have charged us a lot more but gave us a great price on everything. Everything, from our first call to his follow-up and the visit itself was flawless! We had another locksmith come out the day before and he couldn't fix the locks - he said we would have to get new locks and parts from the dealer. We also nearly took the van to our usual repair shop and he estimated the cost would be twice what we ended up paying through Prestige.
I have been roughing it for several years by using a regular, non-remote key for my Toyota Prius, because the dealer charges over $345 for replacement and programming of the remote. Prestige saved me over $100 and a trip to the dealer by getting me a new one, including programming. I couldn't be happier and it works perfectly. They have remote replacements for lots of different kinds of cars so I'm sure they can save just about anyone a lot of money and hassle. What a great deal and great service!

Avishay was great. Helpful over the phone, set up a time to come to my house on a Sunday to help with a locked gas cap. I had gone to the gas station early that day for an overdue fill-up and could not get it to open. Made a few calls - the first two locksmiths would not even touch it (brand new car - did not want it damaged in any way in the process of fixing the problem). Avishay knew exactly what to do, showed up early (!), and was able to manipulate the cap so it came off (he actually showed me a trick that the manufacturer had neglected to include with the instructions). He accepted just the service charge of $40.00. Avishay could not have been more courteous or professional, and obviously had more experience with automotive lock problems that two locksmiths that had plenty of Angie's List A's. Could not recommend him more.
