An excellent experience.  I did not have to move anything to provide inside access to windows - they did all that and nothing was damaged.  They put a cloth at the door to protect my rug.  They removed their shoes whenever they were in the house.  There was a crew of 3, so the elapsed time was reasonable.  All the windows and screens look great.  They were careful about the coatings on the windows.  The price was significantly more than the previous service that I used, but the previous service did a poor job and damaged several screens - so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Rich was prompt in returning my call for service and was able to set an appointment within a week. Unfortunately, they got stuck on another large job and would have been too late to complete the job at my house. They called timely to advise of the delay and offered a new date and $15.00 reduction in the fee which was acceptable. On the day of the job, they showed up on time and completed the work as expected. Both Rich and Dan were nice and professional. (Dan even brought in my groceries from the car.) The windows looked good and they were unobtrusive as they worked. They forgot to wipe down the back slider and forgot to reinstall two screens in the master bedroom, but I will use them again next time.
