Mario was prompt both times. The first time, he even showed up on a Sunday, which was great. I think overall he operated very fairly. He was also cognizant of costs, which I really appreciated. For example, initially we thought the problem would be solved if Mario replaced one of the breaker switches. So he bought one and installed it when he came the 2nd time. Unfortunately, it didn't do the trick. So, Mario put the old breaker switch back in and didn't charge me for the new one. I think that was very fair.
