THIS COMPANY HAD BEEN DOING WORK FOR ME FOR A YEAR. WE BEGAN TO RUN INTO PROBLEMS WITH THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. WE DISCUSSED THE SITUATION AND EVERY TIME HE AGREED TO COME BACK THE PRICE FOR THE JOB WOULD INCREASE. I FELT THAT HE WAS PRICE GOUGING. HE SUGGESTED THAT I GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY IF I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE SITUATION. I WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE, AS I EXPECTED THAT THERE WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OUTSIDE OF THE REGULAR MAINTENANCE CHARGE. I DID FIND ANOTHER COMPANY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
