I purchased 10 "Amazon Local" deals at $19.00 each to scan up to 200 photos to DVDs. After doing so, I was instructed to send each voucher, with each group of 200 photos separately, and must pay a shipping charge for each voucher of $9.95. I called them and asked why I couldn't ship all 10 orders together in one box, to save on shipping, and was told I could not, and that they would not accept a box if I did so. So I spent another $100 on shipping.
Each voucher was to include 1 DVD, but Photobin took it upon themselves to put all the jobs on 1 DVD. When I complained about that, they eventually sent several DVD's.
The worst part is that they didn't complete 2 of the 10 jobs that I sent them. After numerous emails to Larissa at PhotoBin, they finally stopped responding to my emails.
I will never use them again!

We were unhappy with them because they charged us with two different credit cards. We did have trouble getting the payment done. Our granddaughter work for them at one time and it was fine at that time. Their quality was somewhat good.

They had a Groupon coupon which I used. Everything was done online which was nice.
