I HAVE HAD SEVERAL INTERACTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY AND HAVE OWNED MY KIRBY, WHICH I PURCHASED ON THE EAST COAST, FOR 8 YEARS. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND NEVER OVER-CHARGE. I WOULD SAY THEY UNDERCHARGE. THEY WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY, AND THEY WANT YOUR VACUUM CLEANER TO LAST MANY YEARS.
