Window Treatment Service
After I had purchased and recieved the drapes from the local retail store I noticed that they were very wrinkled. I contacted the retail store and they told me that they would have to contact Phase II to have the problem figured out. Phase II contacted me and said that I would need to have the drapes steam pressed to have the wrinkles out and that they would not be able to do anything about it. I have still not have the problem corrected and Phase II refused to help assist me with getting the wrinkles out.
