Peter goes far and beyond what a real estate agent will do for you. He understood my priorities from the very beginning. He patiently helped me find the right condo. Peter has a very good understanding of the feelings and anxieties of home-buyers (especially first time ones like me). He explained each and every step and gave me very useful advice from finding and choosing the right loan to dealing with an escrow company. He also gave me great advice regarding the necessary repairs for my new place and the people he recommended were professional and trustworthy. As your real estate agent, Peter will not disappoint you. You will appreciate him for his professionalism, his punctuality and his availability and love him for his character and good humor. I highly recommend Peter.

My whole experience of relocating and buying a house in San Diego has been a most enjoyable one and I would put it down to having had the fortune of meeting Peter Jargowsky. I would recommend him with a heart and a half to anybody either wishing to buy or sell a house. He is extremely friendly and very good company which I feel is vital when you are in the throws of buying or selling property. More importantly he is extremely good at his job and he filled me with confidence that the condo I was going to buy would be the best fit for me at the most reasonable price possible. I am currently living in my new condo and couldnt be any happier with it. In addition Peter is still calling to see that everything is ok and to make sure that I am finding everything I need in the area.
