Perkins Custom Coatings has installed over 8,000 beautiful garage, industrial and commercial floors over the past 13 years - more than any other installer in Southern California! We use only the highest quality materials including 100% solids Epoxy and Polyaspartic coatings, and before we install your floor, we will do a complete onsite assessment of the conditions for your project (including a moisture test if your home was built before 2005) so that we know exactly what type of surface prep, materials and processes are best suited for your project. For example, despite what other companies may tell you, our experience has shown that concrete grinding is NOT the best way to prep many of the older garage floors that have serious oil and moisture issues and instead we will use a shot blaster for these older floors. We also provide a full written warranty for our work (not a wimpy limited lifetime warranty that is not even provided in writing like many of our competitors) and offer full Structural Crack Repair services (not the inadequate cosmetic crack repair services that everyone else offers). We carry the largest selection of flake colors and sizes IN STOCK and our business is partially employee owned so you will receive the best service from fully licensed, bonded and insured employees - not an independent contractor paid cash under the table. The service was perfect from beginning to end. They were very professional, very nice, they explained everything, worked with integrity which is rare these days. I'm a perfectionist and I can't find not one flaw. I highly recommend them. I promise, you won't be sorry.

First class product and company! After reading some articles comparing epoxy to polyaspartic, I decided on Spartaflex (a polyaspartic). I'm glad I did and glad I chose Perkins for the installation. From the initial consultation and bid through the installation, I highly recommend Paul and his team. Eric and the installation crew were very professional, arrived when they said they would arrive, courteous and (importantly) neat. I am very happy with the whole experience and can't recommend them enough!

Excellent. The Spartflex is so much better than Epoxy. Paul really knows what he is talking about and doesn't nickel/dime on little things like adhesive that had to be removed on the floor etc. His crew was very professional and the floor looks amazing....and very durable. Highly recommend Perkins to anybody that wants a garage floor that will last a long time.

Perkins did a great job arriving on time and do the job professionally. After a few weeks there was a stain which we thought was due to faulty labor or material. Perkins rep stopped by free of cost and helped us resolve the issue. would hire again !

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul today at my home regarding an issue that I was having with moisture in my garage and he was extremely knowledgable, professional, patient and helpful. He immediately assessed the situation, knew exactly what the problem was, and explained in detail the steps that needed to be taken. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and recommendations. In addition, he was kind enough to walk my property identifying any trouble spots with moisture near the foundation of my home. He made excellent suggestions on how to improve the drainage and irrigation which I very much appreciated. I am extremely impressed with Perkins Custom Coatings and will be working with them on several projects as well as recommending their services to my family and friends.

Paul from The William Perkins Company is by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever talked to regarding floor surfaces. I would encourage anyone resurfacing their garage floor and shopping for the best contractor to do themselves a favor and look no further. The floor prep they did on our home was quite extensive. In addition, the materials they used are different and appear superior to the standard epoxy surfaces. Our previous home had an epoxy floor that was extremely slippery and dangerous when wet. It was handsome but no where near as gorgeous as the Perkins floor. Needless to say we are very happy, will wholeheartedly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Paul and his crew did a great job on the floor. It's extremely easy to keep the place clean now as anything that drips on the floor comes right off. When a forklift placing a 10,000lbs machine ran over a trench hidden under concrete Paul's team promptly came out and took care of the problem spot. Thank you very much! Highly recommended.

They are the best contractors I've ever used. They used good and high quality material. Very kind, professional, cooperative and careful. They did a great job. The material is much better than my old epoxy floor (I had problems with staining from my tires on the epoxy floor and it was all scratched up in just a couple of years). I love the new floor. They were a little more than the other bids, but the other companies had not been in business as long as Perkins and Perkins sent the owner of the company out to meet with me. No one else did that.

It took a while to get them scheduled to do the work, but they were very up front and straight forward about their backlog of work at the time. It seems the backlog isn't as bad now (they just did my neighbors). The floor is very nice - I get lots of compliments. I think it looks better than the standard epoxy floor coatings, but it is a bit more expensive.
The work was done in 1 day, and we let it air out for a few days afterwards. We haven't had any issues with it, but it hasn't been that long yet. I would use these guys again and get the same floor again (possibly a different color?) without hesitation.

Paul came out and explained the entire process to me. I was impressed with the product and Paul was very professional. He has done a ton of floors and I felt very comfortable moving ahead with the project. His staff confirmed the appointment and called the day before to remind us. On the scheduled date his crew showed up a early and were very polite in explaining what the process would be. Paul had made them aware of exactly what they would be doing so there was no confusion. The second day they finished the job and it looks great. Again they showed up a little early, which is nice after chasing down other contractors in the past. I highly recommend Perkins to do the job perfectly and right on schedule.
