In trying to resolve the issues, we were assured that they would take fix the damaged roof, landscaping and additional areas that they had "missed" and that is not the case. They did send a team back out to repair the wood damage, however the roof and landscape still remain an open issue- and It has been over 45 days since they were to have resolved this.
Today we received an email from the office manager, that simple said-
Per the owner of the company, we have discussed the issues with our customer and are finished with this matter. Do not contact us further.Thank you, Pamela SextonDirector of Administrative ServicesPayne Pest ManagementPhone (858) 277-2228Fax (858) 277-2212 Connect with me! Leave a review!
As she invited us to leave a review- we are taking her up on it.
This response and the total lack of accountability of this company is amazing. How they are still in business with this attitude and response to customer service is shocking. The owner response so far has been to suggest we file a complaint with the Structural Pest Control Board- Really? That's the best you got. Amazing.
