Denis performed his inspection, and stated what he allegedly saw on the roof, and took lots of pictures. He promised the written report "within a week". As of today (4/7/11) I still do not have the report. I've called him half a dozen times at least, getting either him or his assistant. They are always very nice, and very polite, and multiple times have promised I'd have the report in a couple of days. The report was going to be detailed, including photos, and recommendations to repair any issues found. To date, I've received nothing but empty promises, but they did manage to cash my check immediately. Beware of this company. I do not plan to do business with them again.

It was easy to schedule an appt with the office person. And I think there was only about 3-4 days lead time. Two inspectors showed up on time - in fact 15 minutes early. They used a transcription device so they would not have to write down everything as they were inspecting it. They have a broad exposure to various types of concerns someone would have when buying real estate, as I would have expected. The inspection took about 3 hours. It was a fairly simple apartment complex (no air conditing, no fireplaces, fairly recent constuction). The only negative in the whole process was that at the end of the process I asked 5-6 more questions. Some of these was because there were 2 inspectors and I wasn't there when they were inspecting. On a few of the questions, it was an item they had not looked at, which concerned me. So I don't think they were super thorough.

Dennis and Kenny were a pleasure to work with. They communicated well, were exceptionally thorough and are very experienced. Not only did they point out even the smallest flaws and potential problems, they also recommended remedies.
