The response to our request for a bid was fast. Rob personally came to our home to size the job. He then prepared a written contract for us quickly, so we could review everything in detail and ask questions.  All questions were answered thoroughly.







Other vendors were far less responsive. Some provided only a verbal a bid on the phone (without ever seeing the work to be done). Some failed to call us back.







Rob was flexible about the start date, to accommodate other work being done at the home. He started right on time and was done early.







We were able to pick up paint samples from the store (to try colors on the wall) and charge them to Rob's account.  Everyone at the paint store knew Rob and confirmed what a great job he would do for us, and what an honest person he is.







We were able to paint a stripe of the sample colors on each wall and then watch the changes in the appearance of each color from dawn to nighttime.







We felt safe with Rob in our home and left him there without supervision several times. 







The work was done to perfection. The home was kept clean and tidy.  Our new flooring was fully protected.  There were no flaws in anything, no drips or smears.  Just beautiful, accurate work on every ceiling, wall, and door. All trash was removed. We found Rob and the crew to be responsive, courteous, and dedicated to perfection in their painting and their cleanup. We definitely plan to use Rob Rushing and Paint Masters again.

Rob was painting a nearby neighbor’s house exterior and we were
impressed with the high quality prep and painting he was doing.
In talking with Rob, he told us how he starts with power
washing off dirt and loose paint. Next he grinds and sands weathered wood. That
is followed up with a water proofer to fill in cracks in the wood which will
add many years to our wood’s life. Painting came next with two coats of quality
paint. While we could have found a cheaper painter, we wanted a quality paint job that would last, not just a cheap job.
We are very satisfied with the results of our house painting. Watching the time that went into the prep
process and the painting we know our paint job will last for many years to
come.

For example, it turns out that the wood beams at the crest of the roof line were very weather-worn and in disrepair. Rob went above and beyond by spending a lot of extra time and effort to repair the damage, seal, prime and paint ... thus saving us many thousands of dollars by not having to replace the wood trim and beams for many more years.
Our house now looks like a brand new home.  My wife and I gladly recommend Rob and Paint Masters to anyone in the San Diego area.

Rob and his company did an amazing job on our home.  Taking a long overdue job to paint the exterior of our home from a dark, weathered and worn appearance to a lighter new and current look.Kind of miss having Rob and his team here.  They spent a week transforming the look of our house and it was a pleasure.  They were early and prompt, working very efficiently including cleaning up the worksite after everyday and minimizing any inconvenience to our family.Rob and his workers went beyond just painting, but sealed up all over exposed cracks on all the wood trim and all stucco cracks so the finished product was amazing and clean looking.  He was aways availabe to talk and consult and helped bring our ideas on what we thought it should look like to what in his experience would work best using our ideas.He went above and beyond our expectations and I would gladly recommend his services to all my friends.

House was power washed August 29.  The other prep work and painting was started the week after Labor Day.

Rob of Master Painters applied a special discount to the price because of an add in our local newspaper.

 I was meeting a deadline to have the shingles.siding, and trim painted as requested by our HOA.  I wasn't planning on painting the stucco, but I am glad that I did.  It looked good after the power washing, but after repairs and paint, the stucco even looks better.

The only thing I might have done differently was to get an estimate from Rob on replacing some of my old shingles.

It was quick, efficient, well done, and well priced.

Rob did a wonderful job. He was on time to meet me at the condo so he could take some measurements and put together a quote. He got back to me the next day with an extremely competitive quote which was extremely refreshing considering I didn't have to haggle over the price. He did all of the work himself and was done in 3 days. When I walked it it looked like a brand new condo. He had patched all holes and did a thorough job painting. I would recommend his services to anyone.

The work we started with was extremely detailed and an overall tough project. Rob performed the work with expertise and went the extra mile to do additional work at no extra cost and never even mentioned his extra effort. Rob was professional, neat, timely and trustworthy. We will definitely use him again and recommend his work highly.
