Rich and his helper worked their butts off. Professional from start to finish, good and honest estimate, and exceeded our expectations. When we started this project, we knew we wanted a patio cover and the type, but didn't know how to start. Rich explained the styles, the process, and the timeline. His proposal was less than everyone else, but I think we got much more than we paid for in PacifiCostal's expertise and quality workmanship. We have nothing but great things to say about these guys and would definitely use them again.
