PACIFIC SALES

We negotiated an extended contract since we were spending over $22,000 with them. When I got all of my certificates in the mail, each one only referenced one refrigerator. I called and went into the store, and no one was willing to help me. Not even the store manager. Years later, I told my story to a person at Maytag, since the warranties were through them.  She fixed it for me, but even with that fix, the warranties are only good through January 2012. I would NEVER send anyone to them, unless it were just to price shop.

During installation, the installer shattered one of the glass shelves by droping it on the kitched floor. A new one was ordered and installed a few weeks later. One month after the warranty expired the fridge began experiencing problems. I will list the problems (which are poor reflection on the fridge itself) but Pacific Sales turned their back on me and offerred no support. Moreover, the wait time (on hold) when calling them was very frustrating....every call required 10 minute waits on hold. When someone finally answered, the enthusiasm and concern demonstrated by the sales person, was no where in sight. Within a month of the warranty expiring the Electrohome ICON: Leaked water all over the kitched floor. The ice maker is dead The rail that the veggie drawer slides on is broken The padded liner that surrounds the door (to insulate), is worn through where the cheese/meat drawer slides in and out (the drawer rubbed a hole through the vinyl. This fridge is a piece of crap, and Pacific Sales abandoned me, and offerred no support or help. All I got was long wait times on hold, and no help when they finally did answer. Never again, There are too many other places to buy appliances

Excellent experience. Great prices and great customer service. Personnel know their products and were very helpful in helping us determine our needs.

Pacific Sales will be the first place I look at in the future when shopping for appliances.
