Pacific Point Construction

It was a pleasure working with Nathan and his company, Pacific Point Construction to remodel our front yard and garage. Though not the lowest bid, his price was fair and in line with other quality contractors. I chose Nathan because he was very responsive and professional during the bidding process. Once our remodel started, he and his subs were on time and hard working, and they kept the job site clean. Aside from overseeing the project, Nathan also was the lead carpenter, framing out the garage and building a custom gate and fence. Nathan is very talented, his framing was clean and sturdy and his custom woodwork was incredible. Like any big construction project, unforeseen changes arise (in our case, hidden termite damage we didn't account for). Nathan was upfront with any change orders, took the time to explain, and gave me options. There were never any surprises. Nathan and his team finished our remodel on time and within his bid. The outcome was better than I could have hoped for and his work gets compliments from neighbors and visitors. Nathan's work is quality from top to bottom and he stands behind his craftsmanship.
