All went as promised.

They promised me the lawn mover would be ready on Friday and it was ready on Friday.  When we started to mow the lawn the lawn mower started up but the mechanism that pulled the mower was not working correctly. I took the mower back, they fixed it the next day at no charge. They were helpful and pleasant.

The drive engage handle was wearing a large hole where the pivot bolt attached it to the mower and would eventually fall off when the hole wore thru. They fixed it rather cleverly and cheaply. The engine now starts on second pull?very nice.
The mower now has a new lease on life.

Pacific Lawn Mowers did a excellent job within a few days they my weed eater working , no issue since they fix this matter.

We are very happy with the new mower. They took the $100 we gave them to repair the mower and applied it to the new mower. It was just fine overall. We weren't too happy in the middle but it worked out just fine.

My lawn mower would stop running shortly after starting it. I took it to these folks and they said it needed a carburetor overhaul and tune up. I left it with them and picked it up at a date later than promised. The same problem still existed. They than took it in and called saying the cable attached to the safety bar came loose. They charged me additionally for that, of course, and that solved the problem which was all that was wrong in the first place.

Not a lot of customer service, they just take it, and get to you when they get to you. They fixed it a few days later than estimated and the price was ok. There's not a lot of choices for lawn mower repair so, you get what you get I guess. They were OK all around. Meh.

Dropped of mower and it was ready before the quoted time and it runs perfectly.

When I finally received my tractor, I was still having problems with the motor sputtering and dying during the mowing. I also found the gasket inside the gas cap had deteriorated and pieces of plastic had fallen into the gas tank. I called the Pacific Lawn Mower Works to tell them I needed additional service. I spoke to Tim, owner, who listen and discussed the problem with me rationally. I thought he was going to call me back and make arrangements to service the tractor again. The call wasn't returned. I called back and spoke to Debbie, owner, and she discussed the situation with me by putting the blame on the condition of the terrain which is mildly sloping, the height of the grass/weeds which was a foot tall and the amount of moisture in the grass. She also said that the driver was probably cutting too wide a swath because the San Diego County mowers were coming in with broken belts etc. I waited to hear back from them but no call came. I called again this time speaking to Noah. I asked him to schedule the work to be done again at their expense unless they found a different problem. He was defensive and I told him I was not going to argue with him. He brought up small claims court out of the blue, and I told him I had no intention of going to small claims court over this matter. He concluded by saying that Tim asked him to tell me the tractor would be picked up the following Tuesday, April 13th. I asked to have Tim call me to make arrangements for pick up time and work to be done. He didn't call and no one picked up the tractor on Tuesday. I called back on April 15th to speak to Tim and they again wanted me to leave a message. That time I did, I told them they had been unprofessional and unreliable by not calling when they said they would and not picking up the tractor on 4/13/10 as they had promised. I told the man on the phone I was given a run around by their company. They also had not stood behind their work but tried to rationalize the problem as my fault.

We were very happy with them and we would use them again in future.

They picked up the mower on Tuesday and returned it on Thursday of the following week. Kale, the very considerate and helpful son of the shop's owner, delivered the lawn mower and showed me how to operate it completely. He explained the type of gas that should be used, the weight of oil(30), how to clean the filters, blade height, etc. I took the mower for a short ride and he helped me navigate around my field. It went very well. The mower started easily and ran smoothly.

This company is awesome! Our Honda had been making strange noises for several years. I took it to them and they knew exactly what to do with it. They also helped me unload it from the car which was really sweet. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I would highly recommend!

Positive overall experience, the owner AND staff were helpful and friendly. The price, while discounted from list price a little was fair considering it is in San Diego where housing costs are high.

THIS COMPANY HELPED ME OUT WITH MY LAWNMOWER. THEY ALSO GAVE ME SOME GOOD INFORMATION ON HOW TO MOW AND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY LAWN. IT WAS GOOD TO GET SOME INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL THE PART.
