I am on a service plan with them so I would use them again.

We've been using Pacific Chemical for 3 months....after 15 years with our previous pool service we wish that we had switched to Pacific Chemical a long time ago! They provide a pool crawler as part of the package we chose that includes repair or replacement if the crawler breaks.

Pacific Chemical Pool Service sent out a technician the day after I called. Matt kindly took time to show me the pump, how it works, gave me input on my dying pool vaccum and which brand to use and a very brief overview of water chemistry! Obviously water chemistry cannot be taught in a few minutes, but it gave me the understanding that I had some homework to do! All this for no charge?? I will be using Pacific Chemical Pool again if/when I need any work done in the future, which I am sure I will!

I have hired them to come weekly. Pacific Chemical is well established business and we used them for weekly pool maintenance for many years until we switched our pool to salt water. I have now gone back to chemicals and they were my first choice.

So far it is great! I had a horrible summer with my last pool service and really needed help getting my pool back looking good. Matthew came out and went over everything that needed to be done; cleaning the filter, getting the right chemical balance and putting in a vacuum that cleans the bottom. He went over the prices for everything and assured me he would have the pool looking great within a month or so. After one week the pool already looked 100% better! I feel confident that this is the right pool service and I am so glad I made this change!

The service performed was adequate.  We have a DE filter, and we were not impressed with the clean up.  Afterward there was a puddle-cake of DE on the concrete next to the filter and DE footprints on the pool deck.  There was even DE powder remaining around the strainer in the pool.  I expect service providers to do a job that is as good or better than I can do it myself.  I would never leave a DE mess after I clean the filter, so Pacific Chemical Pool Service won't be cleaning my pool again.

Great company, friendly people, reasonable rates.

They are very good and reliable.  They come once a week.  They just went up two dollars so it's now $59.50.  They send someone out, they put in the chemicals and clean the pool.  If we want anything else done, they do it.  They can change the water, filter and all that kind of stuff.  The only person we know is the guy that comes out and he's changed a few times obviously.  There is a lady in the office, her name is Jackie and she's very nice.  They only close two times in a year that is in the week of thanksgiving and the week of Christmas where they don't come.  They always inform us ahead of time and send us little notices that are happening with them.  I would say they are very reliable.  I don't know what other places charge but I think it's normal.  They really do a good job.  The water is crystal clear and it stays that way.

I think they are fair. They put in chemicals and they are supposed to go around with the big brush as well but they hardly do that.

We have a monthly set plan with him. He shows up on the set day we have with him. If its a holiday, he will come the next day. He is very reliable. He is honest. He does not try to sell me something that I do not need.

Showed up on time and did a good clean job for a reasonable price. After filter maintenance was completed spa jets worked fine and the problem I had had was probably the result of something the last guy didn't do right!

Excellent. Jackie was helpful and informative on the phone. Ken was punctual to the minute, helpful, competent. When the hose broke, he had one to replace it with, and various other parts that were needed, and supplied them to us at reasonable prices. A really good experience, I'd definitely recommend this company.

AFTER THE CEDAR FIRES, POOL COMPANIES WERE BUSY HELPING CUSTOMERS GET THEIR POOLS BACK IN SHAPE. PAC CHEMICAL CAME OUT WITHIN 3 DAYS AND COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN A WEEK. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 20+ YEARS FOR OUR POOL CHEMICALS AND HAVE USED THEIR CONTACTS FOR THE UP KEEP OF OUR POOL EQUIPMENT. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY. HE EVEN LIKES AND PETS OUR DOGS!

MOST COMPETITIVE AND REALLY NEW WHAT WE NEEDED. JOB WAS DONE ON TIME AND AS AGREED UPON.
