They did not answer the phone they told me that they will call back

Chris was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, order the part, then show up and fix my Maytag fridge very quickly! Chris complete professional, he knew exactly what the problem was, showed up on time, and fixed the problem very quickly. I am a property manager for a living and have used many appliance repair companies. None of those companies come close to the service I got with Chris.

Chris knew the model's issues and how to test it. He recommended doing a test and if it showed no error code, getting an appointment for a low-cost repair. If the test showed an error code the repair cost would be about the cost of a new washer, and he recommended buying a new washer. Got an error code and bought a new washer. Appreciate his knowledge and recommending what was in the customer's best interest.

Chris talked me through a couple simple diagnostic procedures and concluded the return air duct from refrig to freezer was clogged with ice. He advised me to simply turn off the appliance and allow it to self defrost. May not be a long term solution but his helpful advice worked and was offered free. Will definitely keep his number handy.

He diagnosed the problem, made a temporary fix, came back a few days later with. the parts and fixed it!

I called Chris to inquire about fixing an older dishwasher (probably not worth the cost of replacement parts). He spent a few minutes on the phone and gave me a couple suggestions on what to check before having him come out. He was very knowledgeable about the machine. His suggestions got it working again. I'll definitely be calling for the next project. Thank you.

This is my second time using Chris for appliance repair. He troubleshot the problem over the telephone, ordered parts and was very responsive in resolving the problem. I highly recommend him.

We called PB Appliance, Chris answered directly, scheduled the appointment for the same day. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and solved the problem (clogged drain trap). He was courteous, well equipped, and fast. He did not tell us we needed a new drain pump or anything else. He tested his work on the spot - we paid him and he left.

They came and diagnosed the actual problem. They also let me know what I needed to have done before they could do anything or if we would even need them. Because of their honesty and knowledge, I was able to let the HOA know about the problem and found out that a number of the tenants were having the same problem. The HOA was able to immediately fix the issue for the whole complex. Thank you for going above what the 3 other companies we hired and paid could not fix, you were awesome to help me without pay. I will use your company again, if the need ever arises. I have been telling all my friends about your company and everyone in the complex too. Thank you!

The repair didn't really work not really there fault but had to end up replacing the fridge.They were on time.

Chris did an excellent job on the repair of both the freezer and gas burner on my stove. He always gives an explanation as to what he is doing, and I feel that he is very honest. He helped me trouble shoot over the phone regarding my dryer that was slowly going out. That conversation helped me decide that replacing the dryer would be a better option once we talked about cost to repair. He was so nice to help me over the phone rather than charge me for a visit. I have had no trouble referring him to my friends and family.

Chris diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to order a valve and came back 4 days later to finish the job.

Gave estimate over the phone of more than $340 and recommendation to purchase another (5 yrs old). Said needed new control board. A friend with no repair experience looked up symptoms online, ordered different part than what Chris had said and put in replacement button panel only in 5 min. Now works fine. Cannot say he would have given the same diagnosis if I had him actually look at the machine. In fairness he was not trying to sell me one of his new dishwashers

Chris arrived within few hours of call. Made a temporary fix while parts were on order. Returned to install parts. Cost of labor was extremely low--especially for 2 visits plus time tracking down someplace that still had the now discontinued parts.

They showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Chris was very professional. After I left a voicemail, he contacted me promptly and made arrangements to come out the next day to repair my range. I was very pleased with the work, and also liked that he took the time to educate me about how the part worked.
