Their head manager's name is Ron, and he is awesome. Jim, the owner, is great as well. They make a good team. I have 7 cars. He services all of them. He is a dealership alternative. If you do not like your dealership, this is one place you can go. I have some high end cars I take here. I trust them with my possessions, and they are very honest. They will not try to up sell you, and will be honest if you need to get the item fixed right then. They are really straight forward.

I know they are not cheating me. I have often taken stuff in there and they go well you can do this and this and this but you do not have to, just be aware of it. Being a girl you take a car in and some are like you need this, you need that and I am like I am going to think about that.

Our 2001 Honda Odyssey was nearing 90,000 miles --- time for a new timing belt-
Pacific Automotive did all the necessary work in a day and a half, as well as adjusting the mechanical valve clearance.
After a few days, we noticed an oil leak from the car. We took it back to Pacific Automotive, and they took off the oil pan again and replaced the gasket and resealed the pan. They also replaced all engine oil (with the more expensive synthetic type --- required) all without any additional cost. This time, no leaks!
Pacific Automotive is maybe a little more expensive than some other places --- but I know that they do a good job, and will stand behind their work!

The owner Jim has amazing attention to details and has very good people skills. I observed him, while I was in the waiting room, speaking to some women and explaining the car things in a way that they could understand. He was also good at keeping the price realistic and not ripping them off.
