We have been taking our vehicles to Pacific Auto for years. We continuously receive excellent service. From the moment we drop off our vehicles to the moment we pick them up we are greeted with professionalism and great service. Pacific Auto performs a 38 point inspection on our vehicles of which we found very useful for future maintenance. We will definitely continue to use Pacific Auto for repairs and maintenance of our fleet vehicles.

The repair was exactly what they said the vehicle needed and they quoted it for the same price they quoted over a year before. They completed the repair in less time than quoted and the final price was less than quoted. I have alwasy trusted this shop above all others for all of my vehicle repairs. I trust what they say and they have always treated me fairly.
