Joe and his team were very professional all throughout the job. Everyone who performed work on our house arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were very conscientious about the fact that I was still living in the house while they were performing the work. Joe has been in the business of remodel for so long that he has a wealth of knowledge of where to source every piece which gave us almost limitless options which was much better than other contractors that we interviewed that only provided a narrow swath of products. Joe kept us well informed of the timeline of the remodel and tried his best to keep to his original quoted end date despite some lead time issues with suppliers. The tile work is second to none and we are extremely happy with everything that Joe and his team did for us. I highly recommend Osprey Remodel Inc. and will be hiring them again soon for more renovations that need to be performed.

Joe provided us with a very detailed quote. The team completed the work on time and in budget. They also did a great job of keeping everything clean. Joe made sure to inform us of any issues or questions he had. Overall, very pleased with the work and would hire Osprey again.

Joe made the process easy, he’s priced fair and he knows what he’s doing. I felt I could trust him with decisions that I couldn’t make myself. Everything turned out beautifully even with many set backs of our old house.

Their communication was polite, clear and they delivered the job under their quoted price The work was done promptly, professionaly and they left my kitchen clean, and checked for under sink leaks after the install, something plumbers to often fail to do! Amazing bathroom remodel! We tore down, remodeled and added square footage to our North Park craftsman, and Joe really knows what he’s doing and pays attention to detail. He is honest, professional and personable and his crew is amazing. I always highly recommend Osprey to anyone with a remodel or repair need. Simply the best contractor in San Diego, hands down.
