I had been having trouble with my old laptop. I reached out to SD IT Service for assistance. Alex spent time checking my laptop & informed me that the problem was none other than a Windows OS error. I could have gotten ripped off, but he chose honesty instead. I am certain to return to them as a customer because of their transparency, and I will recommend this place to all of my friends, and coworkers.Excellent work, gentlemen! Well done!

These guys are great! OS ITservice has been our managed IT provider for over 3 years now. They helped us build our office out and have been supporting our server, computers, and team members ever since. Alex is great! Not only is he affordable. He showed up on time. Was respectful. Very patient and kind. Not afraid of dogs. He unfortunately had to come out twice because i didn t have what we needed to set up. He actually sent me pictures of what i needed to buy/order. He checked in with me a few days later to see if everything has arrived and ready to set up to come out. I was so pleased with him and his work. I Was convinced we wouldn t be able to get it set up bc of the connection issues. And the fact not one other person has been able to get this connected in all the years living here. Alex, not only did an exceptional job!! I still had questions 1/2 weeks later and he was responded in a timely manner AND didn t seem bothered or annoyed. He was patient and also reassured me that if i still have any questions/concerns to contact him. I will definitely be calling him again for any issues as well as refer him to everyone i know.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!
