Concrete Leveling
Graded with bob cat, uneven with large six inch clods, never raked flat as agreed when accepting job. Started planting and I told Mr Ortiz the area should be raked prior to planting. Mr Ortiz argued with 20 years experience this was his best. He kept throwing the plants to his helper knocking all the dirt from the root ball. Sloppy and unacceptable work.
