Orange Restoration San Diego

All went well.

Orange Restoration initially provided an estimate detailing the work to be done and offered suggestions on what would work best to correct the condition. We entered into a contract and they arrived on time and performed the work in a very professional manner. We would definitely hire them again.

They are based in Sandiego, but they do work in Chicago as well. It is a good company. They were very responsive, very professional, they dealt with the insurance, and the remediation. It was overall a good experience. Everything came back to normal. They were always on time.

I would like to share my opinion of
the wonderful experience I had with clean up services Orange Restoration
provided me with. I woke up one morning to find my entire kitchen flooded.
Somehow a line broke and there was water everywhere! I freaked out and called
about a dozen flood clean up companies in San Diego before finally getting in
touch with Evan over at Orange Restoration. Their customer service is the best
I ever had. I had many questions and concerns before they started the flood
clean up process as I just recently purchased my first home and I wanted to get
the best repairs possible. Every other company I called were somewhat hesitant to
dive into details about my exact questions, but not Orange. The receptionist
and technicians from Orange were patient and understanding with me. I was
extremely impressed by their repairs and I can’t thank them enough for getting
my home looking like new again.

I was experiencing some minor plumbing leaks a few months back and I recently started to smell something funky coming from my kitchen. I was able to smell out the problem and it lead me to the cabinet underneath the sink. I rarely look under there and when I opened it I could see mold growing everywhere. A friend of mine had a similar problem and she used Orange Restoration and had a pleasant experience so I decided to give them a call. They sent over a technician named Jonathan who was very friendly and courteous. He confirmed my fears that it was mold and returned the following day to contain the mold so they could get rid of the moisture. Once everything was dry they tore out the old material and repaired all the damage. It looks great and I am very happy with the results, the best part is my kitchen doesn't smell anymore!

Back in November of 2013 I started noticing a foul smell
every time I opened the door to my laundry room in the back of my house. I
didn’t think much of it right off the bat, however when it did not go away I
started to get concerned. I have big shelves covering all of the walls so it
wasn’t until I started really searching around for the cause of the stench that
I found mold covering an entire wall of my laundry room. It was disgusting. I
figured the plumbing in my wall must have sprung a small leak that had been dripping
out water for who knows how long, causing the mold damage to my wall. My
father-in-law had a similar problem with his rental until in Mission Beach and
had called Orange Restoration who was able to successfully get rid of the mold
damage and repair all the infested areas. I gave them a call around noon and
they said they had a technician in the area that could stop by after he was
done with his other job and check everything out. That sealed the deal for me
so I told them to send the technician over to take a look at the mold damage.
Dean, their technician, showed up about an hour later with moisture readers and
a bunch of other tools to test for mold in my laundry room. He took a look at
the wall and said it was definitely mold, but reassured me that it was not
black mold, which was a big relief.
Their mold remediation team showed up the next morning and
completely contained the contaminated wall to prevent the mold from spreading
the other areas. Once they were sure the area had been successfully contained
they tore down all the drywall, disinfected the area, and put in a new wall.
Once the repairs were finished they had a hygienist come through and make sure
everything was safe and no mold was still present.
It was a very stressful time for me, but Orange made it
easier on me by dealing with my insurance provider directly. The inconvenience of not being able to use my
laundry room was worth the comfort that I no longer had mold in my home and my family
would be safe. I was very pleased with the team at Orange and all the work they
did for me. Thanks again guys!

Last month I discovered that my water heater was leaking and after having a plumber
over to fix it he recommended I contact a restoration company to handle all of
the repairs and dry out. We did a little searching around the internet and came
across Orange Restoration. We decided to give them a call and got through to a
friendly man named Evan. He was very helpful at describing the process to us
and sent a technician out to check out the damage that same day! We received a
quote later that week and after calling a few other companies we decided we
would give them a shot. Their technician, Jonathan, showed up a few days later as scheduled and began working
on repairing the damage. All the work was completed on time and without any
additional costs. They dealt with our insurance provider and the adjuster
directly so we were able to avoid that hassle. Overall we were very impressed
with their work. It looked better than it originally looked before the water
leak!
After all said and done, I would give Orange Restoration 5 stars for their
friendly customer service, quick response, and top notch work!

Went really well. because of our issue we used several facets of their business - mold removal and cabinetry. Everyone was calm, friendly and professional.

Very professional, responsible contractor (Simo) and excellent tile application. Simo guided us through entire process and was very sensitive to protecting the work area and expediting the job. It took 6 work days and looks great. We are very happy with the new shower and Ireferred my son to the company. Price was fair and standard for our area. Simo was also very careful about conserving and maximizing materials thereby limiting cost of tile.

For a first-time remodeller, I was a bit nervous and scared. But I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went and with the quality of work that was performed. They were very easy to work with, were able to give me good suggestions, and most importantly ensured that my material selections and design decisions were something that I loved and didn't just "like". This made a big difference in how everything came out. I spent a little extra on labor for the tilework but it was definitely worth it and I thank my contractor for convincing me to go with it and offerring me a great deal for it. Every time I use my new bathroom there's a big smile on my face.

The project went well overall. There were a few minor delays but all in all the work was done in a timely manner and the craftsmanship of the work was excellent.

Beautiful job. Good price, and did many extras with no extra cost. Has great workers. He supervises everything all the time, with very good attention to details. Good clean up. Very knowledgeable contractor, very honest and easy to work with. Has good ideas for improving his jobs without extra cost.

I met with Simo to discuss all my options for my kitchen and to see if I could do this all within my budget. He listened to all my ideas, gave me suggestions as to how and where I could save some money. We decided on a simple design to keep my cost low. Our next meeting was to go over and approve the design. From time of signing, approx 2.5 weeks later they started working on my dream kitchen. Complete care was taken of all my belongings with plastic and paper from floor to ceiling. This was a relief, for I was afraid of the mess it would all make. Simo kept in contact with me everyday throughout the whole project. He made daily visits and phone calls to update me with all the progress. 3 weeks later my kitchen was complete. This whole project went very smoothly, better then I could have ever imagined. I would defenately reccomend Simo and his company to all my friends and family.
