Description of Work: I was contacted by Mitch from Omni-fund about refinancing our home mortgage. While his initial contact made me suspicious of some sort of scam, the company is legitimate and quite good. I'm glad I researched them and went forward, as we got a good deal on refinancing with a lower rate, no mortgage insurance, and the same number of years left (25) rather than having to sign a new 30-year mortgage and make extra interest payments. Mitch was extremely helpful through the entire process, even when glitches came up along the way (as they always seem to do with a mortgage). I highly recommend them.

I'd been shopping at banks and online for a while looking for a good rate with good service to re-fi my current home mortgage, and so was ready to go. Banks tended to high rates, expensive fees, and slow processing. I was worried about dealing with an unknown web broker, given the amount of data you have to provide. Dan gave me a good rate and rapid processing, with the whole process taking under 3 weeks. Since I knew where his office was and could get there in case of any problems, it was easier to handle information. Dan was always watching the process and rapidly resolving delays and problems (which were few).
Description of Work: Timely and quality service. Was able to contact and track process all the way through on line and by phone. Dan was available at off hours and weekends and responded rapidly to questions. Almost everything was handled on line, by email, or by fax. Notary came to our home and streamlined signature process. For best results, have your income, credit, and home documents together and organized. Having a fax machine and scanner helps signing documents.
