This is a company that completely scams it's customers. Having read these reviews, I thought only the disgruntled people write these...I was WRONG! Our floors were installed and beautiful by the middle of May. Our contractor did a beautiful job. While we were out of town for three days in mid-July, the floors buckled. There was a two to three inch peak in the middle. My contractor came right over and contacted Old Masters. A claim person came over the next day and proclaimed after many readings that our home was dry. He called a second person, John Hunt, to come and inspect. John Hunt entered out 75 degree air-conditioned home claiming that it was hot and humid, it was causing him to sweat. Unreal, since our house has a thermostat that tells the temperature and humidity. It was 49 percent humidity. He called another claim person, who wrote the final report, using all of the information from John Hunt. Needless to say, our claim was denied. We are trying to salvage over $10,000 of flooring. Later, we found out in the report the Garrison and Old Masters relinquish responsibility once the contractor takes the wood. These people are out for their own profit and will NOT honor any warranty. After saving for many years to have something beautiful, I have been denied. DON'T use this company.
Description of Work: I bought Garrison II Engineered Hardwood to be installed in my home.
