handyman service, home remodeling
 + 0 moreWe met on-site 10/27/18 (person was one hour late to appointment) and viewed the job to which I was told they would send a quote within a couple of days. Despite several email and phone call follow-ups, no response. Several weeks later when Lucy finally did respond (11/18), I was told that their person had been busy and would get me a quote by the end of the week. Again, nothing received after that despite Angies list emails and direct phone calls. As such, I know nothing about their work performance, but their customer respect leaves something to be desired. If they decide they don't want to quote a job, just say so instead of stringing a person along for over a month. Being busy is not a valid reason not to provide simple response communication.
