David was easy and awesome to work with. He was very helpful, getting answers to all my questions and getting the job done professionally and expediently. He exceeded my expectations and I would hire him again or refer him to any friend who is in need of construction type work in the San Diego area. He did a lot more than replace a deck and rails. The neighbors palm tree fell on my house during a storm in Jan 2023 and caused significant damage also to the fence, house, roof and fascia. David fixed all of this! North Shore Construction recently completed a bathroom remodel for me, timing of which carried over into the Coronavirus shutdown. David, did an excellent job of coordinating his team of professionals during this difficult time. His team was respectful of safety rules, on time, and did an excellent job. David Opre is a ten out of five star professional. The first time I used North Shore Construction was for a kitchen remodel project. He provided me with excellent quality workmanship along with very efficient time management. I was very pleased, so I had him give me a price for a whole house (in very bad shape) remodel investment property. After that work was completed, I placed the house on the market and easily doubled my initial investment. Most recently, I had him do a bathroom remodel project for me. He is honest and up front with pricing, timelines and I have never experienced any surprises or delays.
