On time, on budget, courteous and professional. I was presented with a work plan and they met it every step of the way.

They work for Home Depot. I was happy with them.

We had a complete kitchen remodel that was purchased through Home Depot. 
New Life Construction oversaw the project.
Ours was a very good experience overall.  Russ, the sales person, reviewed the process, set up the meeting with the construction
staff where the outline for our remodel was thoroughly discussed and answered all our questions, both before and after construction started.
Jason, our project manager, was outstanding!  He kept us informed during all phases of the remodel, answered phone calls and questions, discussed our ideas, addressed our concerns and insured that the timeline was followed. 
We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend New Life Construction to others.  We plan to use them for future
projects. 

I worked with Home Depot to design a new kitchen.  Home Depot recommended that I have professional measurements of the space before we start the design work.  I paid to have Home Depot send out their contractor (New Life Construction) to take the measurements. 
For two months I worked on the kitchen cabinet design.  Before we submitted the order, New Life Construction when back out to my house to verify the design.  The original measurements were off by 11" on one wall - a critical wall that took a very long time to design.  This error cost me another month of cabinet design.  I had to take 2 vacation days to have time to work with Home Depot to correct the design. 
While I only wrote a check for $99, New Life's botched measuring job cost me much, much more. 

superintendent Justin Martos was excellent with communication.  All workers from New Life Construction were very polite and efficient.  Would use this company again.

Home Depot's products and services were very good, including the counter top and cabinets.  The problem was New Life Construction, primarily the project management. The project started 6/8/12 with an estimated completion date of end of July 2012.  Mid August our project ceased to be a priority for New Life Construction.  The New Life project manager Justin Martos was immature and unprofessional.  I had to constantly call and remind him what items were unfinished.  This dragged on for months.  A final city inspection was completed (at my insistence) 11/28/12, more than 24 weeks for a project quoted to be 6-8 weeks long!

The supervisor was a good man, but he was spread pretty thin. The drywall men mostly spoke spanish so there was some communication barriers. There were also a few issues with the attic as far as insulation. By in large though, the bulk of the work was done to our satisfaction.
