New Horizon Painting

Andy and his New Horizon team did the best exterior paint job we have ever seen on a house. They were exceptionally detail-oriented in their power-washing sealing, priming, and both coats of paint and trim work which resulted in a wonderfully beautiful paint job, better than expected! Moreover, they were all accommodating, professional, easy to work with, always polite and clean, reasonably priced, and very skilled at what they do. Andy had lots of expertise and great ideas to make it an outstanding paint job that will last years longer than other painters. We highly recommend New Horizon Painting and will hire them again.

Andy and his crew painted the exterior of our home 7 yrs ago after we were given his name by a friend. After recently doing some interior remodeling, we contacted Andy to paint the entire interior of our home.
Andy is very easy to work with and eager to please. He came by to give us an estimate just hours after we contacted him and he made suggestions for colors and baseboards and replacing base boards. After selecting the colors, we scheduled a date to have one bathroom painted while other remodeling continued in other rooms by another contractor. When the remodeling was completed, we called him and he had a crew here on the date we requested to finish the rest of the house. They arrived every day at 8:30, as scheduled, and worked straight through to 4:30. They finished the entire home in 3 days!! The 3 men who worked here were all very friendly and personable in addition to being very experienced.
Andy has a great eye for detail and noticed things to be done that we wouldn't have thought of. For example, we have a wide ledge down the side of a bonus room under windows. Without even telling us until finished, he had his crew paint it in semi-gloss rather than flat finish after he noticed we set plants on it. The semi-gloss making it easier to wipe up water spills, etc. He had them move the stove in the kitchen and paint the hidden wall behind it, which had never been painted even when the house was built!
The men cleaned up after themselves every evening and when the job was completed. They carefully moved furniture and covered it, covered areas not to be painted, new tile floors, light fixtures, etc. They even covered the carpet which we are having replaced immediately.
We highly recommend Andy and his company for any of your painting needs. Andy is easy to contact and responsive and does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. He does some of the work himself, but if he is not working in your house himself, he drops in several times during the work day and at the beginning and end. He is very hands on with his crew.

Andy and his crew showed up on time, gave a fair estimate for the work provided and completed the work to the satisfaction of my friend. I went to her house and saw for myself how well all the imperfections in the enclosed patio were repaired by Andy and his crew, and saw the final result when the crew finished within 2 days! It looked like a completely different room when they were done!

Andy and his crew are always on time, courteous, neat and do a fantastic paint job. They pay attention to even the smallest details.

Referred by neighbor across the street who had complete inside of house painted and crown molding added. We employed Andy to do only our living room/TV room. We were so happy that we asked him to add our dining room, and three bedrooms and fix the two big wandering cracks forming in the living room ceiling. Andy and crew worked two days, were amazing in their application of the molding and painting. They cleaned up thoroughly and left us with beautiful rooms that we are so happy to see and show off. Well worth the money and would enthusiastically refer them to anyone.

Andy Nguyen of New Horizon Painting had his crew painting the interior and exterior of a house down the street from ours. I had already contacted three Angies List "Grade A" companies all of which I felt were too high priced. I also had to wait 3 to 7 days to receive the written estimates from these companies. I asked Andy if he would come down the street to give me an estimate and he came immediately. Andy looked at the job, got my ideas and suggestions of what I wanted, and immediately gave me an estimate. He did not make a big deal about the job as did the other companies. After all, this is not rocket science as the others pretended. The work was scheduled for 3 days later and completed within the 3 days as promised. They power washed and scraped the entire area the first day, then let everything dry for a day. They did all the prep work and painted on the 3rd day. Andy''s crew were professional, considerate and punctual and did an amazing clean-up job. Andy is a very nice gentleman and easy to work with (also has a great sense of humor). I highly recommend this company for any painting job, exterior or interior.

Outstanding work. I have used New Horizon several times over the years to paint the inside and outside of my home. They removed the popcorn ceilings in all the rooms of my house. I am very happy with the quality of their work and would not used anyone else. I am especially impressed with there ability to fix drywall and blend in the wall texture to make the patch unnoticeable.

Excellent work! Andy had estimated that the painting would take 1 to 3 days to complete. However, he brought in 5 guys to complete the job in 1 day (with two coats of paint). The job had several high walls and ceilings. This was the first time I used New Hoizon for interior painting. I used them 2 times before for exterior painting. I continue to be very impressed with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

They came out on the Saturday and pressure washed the house to clean off any grime and lose paint. They let the house dry and came back on the following Monday. In all, a team of 5 guys showed up at 8am and began to patch cracks in the stucco and to put plastic over the windows, plants, and taped off anything that shouldn't be painted. By 12 noon they had put on the prime coat for the house and were beginning to get ready to put on the final coat. They completed the final coat by 5pm and cleaned up for the day. The following morning two guys came out to do touch up work and to clean up the remaining plastic.

The job turned out beautifully. The walls look great, you can tell they took their time and prepped them well. They came out the next day after I called and did all the work as requested, at the price they quoted.

I used New Horizon Painting 9 years ago to paint my entire house. I had them come back this time to power wash the house and paint the front only, since I just had some new walkways installed. The rest of the house was still in excellent shape. New Horizon does outstanding work. I used them 9 years ago because their price was very low. Their price and work this time were equally impressive. Andy provides the esitmates and supervises the work. They use Dunn Edwards paints. The painting was completed in only 2 days (with power washing). They forgot to paint one small area, but came back the next day after I called and completed the job. I continue to be impressed with the professionalism, quality of the work, speed of completion, and cleanliness. I highly recommend this company.
