Never Clean Again

I thought they did a great job.

This cleaning service comes once per month to clean my 1200 sq. foot home.  The company is very responsive to input and will attempt to make right anything you tell them they miss when they clean.  The reason I can't give them an A is because they cannot seem to get the corners of the floors cleaned completely, especially in the kitchen.  I have spoken to the company on a number of occasions and even suggested they get a smaller vacuum tool to get at the corners which they say they have done, but it is never clean - I always check and always find quite a bit of dust and dog hair at the edges immediately after they clean.  Otherwise, they are good.

They are doing a great job so far and they are cleaning everything that I need cleaned.  They were very comparable with the prices. 

The quality of work wasn't quite what I was looking for. I wished they paid better attention to detail.

They did a very thorough initial cleaning but when they came out to do the first bi-weekly cleaning she did a lousy job. The supervisor that I've been working with is wonderful and she is the reason that I have stuck with them. Her name is Jackie. When I called that to her attention and told her that it was not acceptable, I have not had a problem since. She makes sure that I am happy. They are doing an excellent job. They are trying to establish themselves and my first experience with them was excellent. Their prices are really good because I've looked at other places that wanted $40 or $50 more and then I consider the gas and everything.

It was a very good service. They really did a very good job. It was very convenient and when we came home after work we felt that it was magically cleaned. It is very easy to communicate with them through email. They were pretty responsive in everything. They did the job in the sense that they made the life more convenient without involving a lot of extra stuff or paper work. Their price was very reasonable. I never met anybody and there was never any evidence of unprofessionalism. I never had any face to face conversation with them or have I ever talked to them and it was always email. I would rate them high overall. Their price was very fair. I had a very good experience with them. I would use them again in the future if needed.

At first it all went well. Mr. George was very professional we agreed on the price and schedule. My big concern was that the cleaners would have no problem with my 2 big dogs and I was assured that would not be an issue. On the first visit, I introduced the dogs and the cleaners, showed the cleaners where the dog treats were kept and how to send the dogs outside so they wouldn't be in the way. Basically the dogs know the command "go outside". After the first couple of visits, the quality of the work deteriorated; dusting was spotty, crud was building up in the corners where the mop never went, the outside base of the toilet and floor behind it were never touched. Cobwebs hung from the ceilings; it seemed they never looked up. I would leave notes (in Spanish) and an extra $20 to take care of those things--sometimes they would but the note would be necessary every time. They also didn't pay much attention to recycling--if it was in a bag, it went in the trash. It became clear--despite repeated assurances to the contrary--that my dogs were a problem for the cleaners and they wanted to get in, out and away from the dogs as quickly as possible. I would come home to find one dog locked in a bedroom and another locked outside. On several occasions, the cleaners had to return in the evening to retrieve equipment or supplies they had left behind. One evening I came home to find a forgotten vacuum cleaner in my front yard! The final straw came when I needed last-minute schedule change and after being a regular client for 18 months, that couldn't be accommodated. Instead I was billed $50 for a missed appointment.

We have been using this company for a bit over a year. It has been a very frustrating experience, but we didn't think we could do much better. I finally hit the end of my rope last week and have terminated them. The cleaning was hit or miss, sometimes it would look great, but more than often I would have to go around and dust, clean light switches, smudges off doors, webs in the corners, etc. before my husband got home. I called the office 5 weeks in row to complain that our patio set & counter were not done as well as the lamps on the bed tables were not being dusted. Each week they came after the call, they continued to miss the items. The owner was not helpful to either myself or my husband and on several occasions actually yelled at me and blamed the poor service on us and all our ridiculous requests. For the record, we never changed the requirements from the first visit by Jack for our quote. We have a large tiled area and thought to make the cleaning easier for them, we purchased a steam mop. This is an $85 mop, that does exactly what a mop does but with steam. Jack insisited this "machine" would require an additional charge of $135 to mop my floor. The last straw was Jack yelling at me about my house being so difficult that he now will be charging me $70 an hour (2 people) with no time limit and that price will be going up to $80 an hour next month. Are you kidding, for house cleaning that is ok?

Fairly well. Two people arrived on time. I showed them how to use my Rainbow vacuum cleaner. They did exactly what was promised and did it well. I had a difficult time conversing with them. Francisco didn't seem to speak much English. Marianna was better but did not always understand what I was saying. She said she is studying English but I would say neither one is good enough to comprehend some parts of conversations.For instance I asked her if she enjoyed cleaning my house. She thought something else. I tried to put it another way but she was still confused. I'm afraid she thought I was complaining. In the future I will tell them not to put plastic bags in wastebaskets. I save shopping plastic bags for this to cut down on recycling and don't put bags in wastebaskets that are only for paper. They are good cleaners. I am sorry I didn't notice in your literature that they take tips. I will offer tips next time.

I've used Never Clean Again for over a year now, and continue to be amazed by their personalized service. Not only do I get a fabulous cleaning, but they truly take the time to make sure that my specialized requests are met and remembered each week. The cleaning crew is fantastic with an eye for detail. I work from home, so like to schedule when I'll be away at meetings. Jack goes out of his way to accommodate my crazy schedule, even when it's last-minute due to a client meeting change or something. Most cleaners try to get in and out as quickly as possible. I've noticed that if some weeks my house isn't quite as dirty as others they put the leftover time into cleaning something additional. Sometimes they miss a little thing or two, but then I look around and see they've actually spent extra attention to detail on something else that needed it but even officially included in the standard cleaning! I've never been happier with a cleaning service, and I've used quite a few!!!

The owner comes by and gives an estimate and writes up general notes for the two ladies that come by. They arrive in a cool new truck, all cute and appropriate, with all the tools and rags and cleaning solutions. I got the feeling that the follow-up would be good, and that they would be anxious to keep customers for repeat business. I thought they did a good job and tipped them well, but as we looked around, they did a so so job on the wall unit, failed to get the cobwebs I had pointed out by the patio set, didn't wipe the baseboards in the small bathrooms when they did the floors, and missed a lot of other small details. I did not bother complaining. They had their chance. I was surprised that we never heard another word from them. My wife was upset that they had missed so many things that were so obvious. We ended up working almost as hard as we would have without them getting the house ready for guests, but they did do the tubs and sinks pretty good. I learned a bit too.
