They are great people. They've never failed to come through whether it was for a new camera or developing film. If we had any difficulty with the cameras or we need special film, they will help us. It's amazing what they can do.

I've been a customer of Nelson Photo since arriving in San Diego in the 80's. They've always had a great reputation for unsurpassed customer service, wide product selection and knowledgeable employees. I just purchased a digital video camera and am totally satisfied with the way I was treated and their understanding of how it works.
