Extremely well. Mr. Nelson and his assistant Chris, were punctual, polite and very professional. He was able to thoroughly tune, clean and polish my baby grand piano in about two hours so it now looks in tip-top shape and ready to sell. Mr. Nelson knows his stuff! I'd definitely recommend him.

He is amazing and so wonderful! You get your money out of. He's not priced extremely cheap, but it is worth your money. He is my go-to guy now. I can't say enough good things about him. He shows up and knows how to do everything. He's very professional and good at what he does.
