They were the first to respond to our emergency glass needs, and actually showed up within the promised timeslot. After measuring, it took around 4 working days for them to cut, deliver and install the new glass because we have an oddly shaped window. On their recommendation, our replacement used tempered glass.

I used National Glass to install a new shower enclosure. Went with them because the individual that bid the job was very knowledgeable and took a host of measurements using a laser. They estimated a quick turn on the install but it all when south from that point. Took four appointments for them to get the glass cut to the correct size and the job weeks past the original install date. At one point the office even had the job marked as complete when NOTHING had been installed. A few weeks after the install the hardware (hinges and handle) are already loose. Nice staff but I wouldn't use them again given the multiple missed install dates and low quality of work.

Careless tenants knocked one one of the existing doors off-track and dislodged the frame carrying the top rail. Although nothing was broken, the screws and other components showed signs of corrosion. I described the situation to a technician at National Glass and he said that if the doors were intact, they could just replace the frame with a "K2 kit" for about $350 vs. >$600 for a totally new shower door. I gave him the dimensions and he took a 50% deposit with an order ETA of 4 days.
When I called on the fourth day, this guy was no longer with the company and the owner (Charlie) said that they would never quote a job without a site visit. Uh oh. He agreed to send someone out to confirm whether this kit was the appropriate solution. A day later their office revealed the bad news that the kit was not compatible with my existing doors and I would need to order a new package that would take an additional week. Further negotiations ensued and they agreed to expedite the doors order at no additional charge to the original quote.
Their team actually called early for the appointment and finished the work within the two hour window including haul away of the old components. Unfortunately, they provided 3/16" frameless glass doors. They looked great, but the degree of flex over the 66" length seemed excessive and prone to breakage by the tenants. Charlie himself came back out on Saturday (when they're normally closed) to inspect the installation. He assured me that the degree of flex was normal and that the strength of the tempered glass was adequate to the purpose. However, we both agreed that a framed door would have been a better choice in this particular installation. I can't say 100% happy with the outcome, but I'm very impressed with Charlie and his willingness to work things out.

Came the day I called--ordered it custom--was back and installed 3 days later

I took the shower door in and they replaced the glass.

Alan came out, looked it over, shared some thoughts about what product we may want to go with, giving us several options regarding costs and quality.  He then sent an estimate and asked for a portion up front to cover materials, which we were happy to provide.  His crew of two came out on an agreed-upon time and they did excellent work.  They were neat, clean and provided solid work.  We were very happy.  My husband is a stickler about quality and he was very happy with the work provided.

We have a bar in our house with mirrored sides and back. There are also some glass shelves. It's all built in so the pieces are hard to get to. The large rear mirror was broken so I called National Glass to get an estimate. Initially, Raul thought he would have to remove several of the other mirror pieces so he could replace the large broken one (about 2 ft by 5 feet piece). That was risky and might end up breaking the pieces during removal. He thought that would take about $500. When his two guys showed up, they had thought about it and decided to cut the broken piece in half so they could remove it without disturbing the other pieces. It went as smooth as could be. They replaced the piece with a new one and it looks as good as new. The job cost $325 instead of $500 and they didn't risk breaking any other pieces. We couldn't be happier.

They came here, I was ordering a mirror for a door and I was going to use them but I got a call that my father was very ill so I went to Miami for a moth then he died.  Now I called them again to tell them I was back but he never call back.  It was odd because he told me he doesn't want to come to this area, it was far away for him to give quotes.  I think he really doesn't want to come back here but I did call him back.  It was a little upsetting.

Work was done as planned no bs

I called National Glass & Miirror to replace a shattered window. They set up a consultation for the same day which was great. They showed up a short time later and took the measurements. They returned the next day and installed the new window. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

Replaced a broken shower door. Measured on the 22nd and said 3 to 5 days. Showed up the next day and did a very clean and neat installation.

Wonderful. This was the 4th contractor we talked to. Price was good, service great. Very professional.

They were fast, on-time, and the pricing was good.

Called and asked for an estimate.  Raul Griego came out to do an estimate and the NEXT day the crew came out and replaced the window panes.  They were careful with my garden and interior property, did not stomp around in the garden and drag dirt or mud from the garden in to my house. The window has only been in for 7 weeks, seems to be working well. They did a very professional job and

We called and explained what we needed. We were told how to measure and what type of glass it was. We took in the measurements and ordered the glass tops. They were ready within the week and exactly what we ordered.

The door was stuck, but now works perfectly.

The job was great and there were no problems. I called them up, they came out within the hour, and they replaced the window. They were done 45 minutes later. I called at 3:00 and they were done by 5:00. It was an excellent service and I thought the price was excellent as well.

The estimator was on time and professional. However, the installers were late for 3 hours and did not bother to call ahead to alert me. They did an OK job but did not clean the glass.

THEY WERE THE LOWEST BID AND COULD RESPOND IMMEDIATELY. THE DRIVER GOT LOST (WENT TO THE WRONG MT. VIEW DRIVE), WHICH WAS MY FAULT (IT WAS A NEWLY ACQUIRED PROPERTY AND I GAVE THEM THE WRONG ZIP CODE). THEY WERE COURTEOUS, POLITE AND FORGIVING! WHEN THEY SHOWED UP, THEY IMMEDIATELY WENT TO WORK AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY, QUIETLY, AND ON TIME. I REQUESTED BILLING AND THAT WAS NO PROBLEM. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXEMPLARY WORKMANSHIP.
