All I wanted was a new float on my fountain. I was told that the minimum charge would be $69 for the service call plus the cost of the float which they would have with them on the truck) and installation. When he got here today the technician told me he had no floats on the truck and never does. He gave me two quotes: 1) for $1500+ to install another completely new above-ground water line to the fountain and 2) $658 or so just to install a float which would have to be ordered. I was extremely disappointed and said no thank you to both. I gave him a check for $69 and I will not be calling them ever again. I needed a new toilet fast so hired the first business that responded which was My Plumber. The price for the fixture and installation was exorbitant, close to $1000. That evening the toilet started leaking from the tank (screw probably not sealed properly) and the base, wax floor seal probably not installed properly. To say I am not happy is an understatement. I should have done more research, but I needed the problem fixed fast. I rated customer service 3 stars because they did send someone quickly for the initial installation. But what is the point of having someone show up who does not have the proper skills?

The company was highly responsive and immediately gave an appointment. The staff was very professional. The two persons who came out to fix the leaky faucet problem were also very courteous and professional. However, the price was simply too outlandish (458$ for fixing a leaky faucet in the bathtub) - they changed the old valve with a new one, and the work was done in less that 15 minutes. After they did the work and I signed the paper work, they tell me that if the water pressure in the house was higher than 80 (or at 80) then the warranty is voided. They should have disclosed this before. Luckily (for me) the pressure was 60 and it was not an issue - but I let them know it would be better for the customer to know such things before hand. I like the promptness and the work ethic of the people in this company - I would recommend them for that. However, I do not see how they could justify a $458 price for the work they did for 15 minutes. The company needs to rethink its pricing policy - and not to take advantage/exploit the customer situation.

Kenny, the technician that installed the tankless water heater was friendly, polite, courteous and extremely respectful; making sure the job was completed to customersâ  s satisfaction.

The My Plumber representative was excellent. He checked not only my existing issue;j but, he also checked all of my other water fixtures to ensure that they were operating and performing as designed. He quickly diagnosed my issue and said that my drywall would not to be removed and he was correct and that saved me so much money. He described exactly what he needed to do and he went to the store to buy parts that he did not have on his truck. I would definitely recommend him to every and anyone that needs a plumber. Oh and the My Plumber representative name was Calvin Pritchett

when the plumber called me the only good news was, he would be at my home in 45 minutes. he stated to me and my wife that the cost for coming to the house and cleaning the pipe because it was clogged would be 75 dollars. Which was agreed upon. When he found out that i used Drano the price went up to 266 because he "had to clean the drill. I will never go back to someone who charges one price and demands to complete the job almost 3 times higher

Kenny knows what he is doing and did a great job. Very happy with the end result. Poor communication with the company about when he was coming and they charged me way too much. Will shop around for prices before I hire them again

Required a â recallâ . First visit 2 men came and I thought the charge was excessive. Problem returned within a few daysâ ¦. Had to recall. This time single man came within a few hours and was able to resolve the problemâ ¦.. he was certainly more experienced. I â mightâ use the company again if I could request this particular serviceman. Otherwise I probably would not use them again.

I called My Plumber and advised them that I will not be home past 1600. The guy showed up at my residence 0808 in the morning. I asked if he can come back and called the office three times and left a voicemail message but have not heard back from them. Unsure what else to say.

Got the job done right away - knew exactly what to do. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Would not provide a quote or estimate over phone for simple kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replacement installation.
