I was very pleased with Terren's service for my computer.
He is pleasant, competent and reasonably priced.
The following week (today) we had an issue with one of our other PCs and immediately called Terren. My boyfriend's PC was overrun by a nasty virus and, as usual, they were responsive, friendly and were able to remotely fix the problem by walking us through the repair and also showing us what to do if the problem occurred again. I'm glad we finally found a reliable, honest and responsiveness's IT team that we can call on even if the problem is minor. It was worth signing up for Angie's list to find Terren. THANKYOU!!!!
"I RECEIVED THIS REPORT 2 MONTHS AFTER THE AUGUST 21ST SERVICE DATE. MY FIRST NON "A" REPORT. IT WAS SOLICITED DIRECTLY BY ANGIE'S LIST FOLKS IN OCTOBER - THANKS GUYS! I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE MEMBER ABOUT IT, WHO WAS UNABLE TO DESCRIBE SPECIFICALLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. I OFFERED TO REMEDY THE SITUATION WITH ADDITIONAL SERVICES AT NO CHARGE, AND LEFT IT UP TO HIM TO CONTACT US OR UPDATE HIS REPORT (WHICH MENTIONS NOTHING OF THE WORKS ACCOMPLISHED). CLIENTS DON'T ALWAYS LIKE WHAT YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM ABOUT THEIR SITUATION OR PROBLEM, AND THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO DISTINGUISH THE LITERAL POSSIBILITIES OF THE ISSUE AT HAND, FROM THE ABILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. IF THE ANSWER ISN'T PRETTY, OR IS NOT WHAT THEY WANTED, WE SOMETIMES GET THE BLAME. "DON'T SHOOT THE MAIL MAN!" THE PROBLEM IS WHAT IT IS. WE'RE TECHNOLOGY EXPERTS, NOT MAGICIANS. WELL, SOMETIMES WE'RE MAGICIANS! WE DO OUR BEST TO SERVE YOU, EACH AND EVERY DAY."
