Perfectly. He determined there was not an issue at this point. Was honest about what could be fixed and what was not necessary to do at the moment. He was very friendly and knowledgable.

They do a great job. I have zero complaints. They do a great job on the overall cleaning and anything you need fixing on the pool, they're right on top of it. What I really like is Mike, he's a super nice guy. He never tries to sell things that you don't need; he'll always try to save you money, which is pretty cool; I really like that. Others would always try to sell you something, including the installation fee, whether you need it or not; he never does that, he's quite the opposite. If he fixes something, he will only charge what it would cost to fix it which is usually very low versus replacing it which could be very, very high. He does a good job, he's fair, and he's really quite ethical. Price is very reasonable. Quality is very good.

He is great. I've had about 5 pool people in the past decade and he's the only one who has really kept it clean. He is fairly priced, and averages it all out. He is so low maintenance and I don't have to deal with him a lot. I don't feel like I'm being invaded when he comes to work on the pool, and don't feel like he is taking advantage of me.
