Jeff was excellent in all areas. His fee was about in the middle of all of quotes I received but well spent for sure. Jeff was punctual, professional and explained everything. I had 2 little ones running around so I know it was not easy but Jeff carried on without any difficulty. He inspected areas that were hard to get to, crawl spaces and attic and found found small flaws. I received the 32 page inspection report that night and was able to submit it to my agent that evening. I would definitely use Mr. Inspectorman (I know, corny) again and will refer him highly!

We used Mr. Inspectorman at the recommendation of our realtor. It was easy to get the inspection set and Jeff e-mailed the paperwork to me in advance. Jeff brought bagels and drinks for us for a 9.00am inspection. He was extremely helpful when we had questions while he was doing the inspection, and his report was thorough, clear and easy to read. He provided a summary at the end of items that warranted follow-up with the seller.
I can recommennd Jeff without reservation and have contacted him again to inspect another house, because we did not go forward with the purchase of this house.

Jeff is thorough, professional and courteous. His meticulousness in inspecting the home was instrumental in providing evidence for acquiring seller repair credits. It was not a rush job, as I have heard some inspectors do. He took the time to inspect every accessible nook and cranny of the house, and provide an objective opinion on the condition as well as a suggested repair. He communicates well, and answered all of my questions. I understand he might not have been the cheapest inspector around, but the quality of his work and thorough report was well worth the few extra bucks, which in fact saved me abundantly more. If I need another inspection at some point in the future, I would call him again.
