Well, my stuff made it EVENTUALLY but it cost almost $500 more than I was initially quoted and it was like pulling teeth. Plus, the man who was driving the truck that finally delivered the stuff was verbally abusive to me and I felt like I was taken advantage of. So, my stuff was all in fine shape and all in my home but it was by no means a seamless process. By the way - it took 21 days from the time I closed on my house (despite letting them know the closing date) for the stuff to get here. Yes, technically, that is within the limits but it was not the BEST customer service considering I had to call nearly every day, several times a day. And, was told my stuff would be there on one day and then didn't get there until the next day. All in all, the back end was horrible.

Initially very friendly and helpful. Said that they were not very busy and it wouldn't be a problem. Told me arrival time would be between 2-4pm, but might be closer to Noon to 1PM. I waited until 4pm and called them to see when they would show up. Sales person said the movers were just leaving the dispatch area and would be there shortly. At 5pm I called & was told the movers just left and were maybe stuck in traffic. Couldn't give me a definite time they would show up since its now rush hour traffic. I finally had to force the sales rep. to call dispatch to contact the movers to give me a call as to when they would really show up. No apology for misrepresenting the truth every time I asked for a timeframe. After I complained and said that I had been waiting since Noon, I asked for a discount but was basically told "no way!"
